As a key member of the OPHAC team, you’ll bridge the gap between clinical operations and data science—translating complex information into actionable insights that impact thousands of lives.

In this role you will:

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement informatics solutions that advance population health and accountable care goals. Design and maintain data infrastructure to support financial and clinical quality reporting across OPHAC’s programs. Lead end-to-end informatics projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)—including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment. Conduct robust clinical and financial analyses; deliver clear summaries and data-driven recommendations to leadership. Serve as a subject matter expert on OPHAC’s internal and external data assets, guiding team members in leveraging data for maximum impact.

Salary range: $102,500.00- $227,700.00/annually
