Clinical Informatics Pharmacist

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Day Shift Role. 7:30am-4pm. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy. RequiredResidency training in pharmacy practice, drug information, informatics or pharmacy administration or equivalent. RequiredMust provide copy of diploma/degree for highest level of education obtained. Required

Licenses & Certifications


Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible. Required
