Set up and maintain test environments within the EHR (e.g., Athena, Cerner) to evaluate new product features in a realistic clinical setting. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation in healthcare delivery. Serve as a liaison between clinical end users and non-clinical team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Assist in testing and validating new product features, working alongside engineers and QA teams to troubleshoot issues before deployment. Contribute to the adoption and implementation of new clinical products by developing training resources and supporting end-user education.
