Our work depends on a Clinical Imaging Informaticist joining our team to support the Indian Health Services (IHS) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. As a Clinical Imaging Informaticist supporting the IHS EHRM program, you will be responsible for supporting the client for clinical support.
***This role requires you to obtain and maintain an in-depth Public Trust Level 5. This investigation will review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications.
HOW A LABORATORY INFORMATICIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Clinical Imaging Informaticist serves as an expert role model in promoting the understanding, integration, and application of information technology in healthcare settings.The Clinical Imaging Informaticist will help design, configure, activate, and support the implementation of Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions at the Indian Health Service. Mentoring client project teams as necessary in project and system build strategy.The Clinical Imaging Informaticist is an experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.As a Clinical Imaging Informaticist, you will consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts. You will provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders. You will drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients. You will mitigate solution risks and issues. You will execute workflow and process improvement strategies. You will lead client meetings and events.Working closely with project leadership on documentation of issues and facilitation of solutionsAnalyzing and monitoring workflows, providing documentation and optimization suggestionsResponsible for engaging in evaluation and testing of new technologiesMaintaining strong communications with project leader, manager, and team leader as well as other team and staff members, end-users, and vendors to ensure a productive and cooperative environmentWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.8+ years of experience supporting medium to large IT projectsKnowledge of Indian Health Services workflows.Extensive knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health electronic health record.Proficient in Microsoft products.Enthusiasm for improving clinician and patient experience.Effectively manage project work, and adhere to agreed upon timelines.Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
