Position Overview:
The Clinical Finance and Contract Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the financial and agreement processes of the Clinical Affairs department. This position will be responsible for budget preparations and management, providing coordination of contracting processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Budget Management: Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of departmental and clinical study budgets. Ensure accurate tracking of expenses and adherence to budgetary guidelines. Requests POs and tracks all study related invoices.Contracts & Agreement Support: Facilitate the contracting process by coordinating with clinical research sites and/or vendors, reviewing contract terms, and ensuring timely execution of agreements.Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making within the Clinical Affairs department.Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reviews.Collaboration: Work closely with Clinical Affairs team members, finance department, and external partners to ensure seamless financial operations.Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and handling correspondence.Perform other duties as required.Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business and/or Life Sciences) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.3 or more years of medical device or drug related clinical research experience Experience with clinical trial budgeting and financial managementExperience with clinical trial agreement review and negotiationKnowledge of regulatory requirements in clinical researchExperience using financial management systems such as SAPDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSkills/Competencies:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $79,125.00 - $118,687.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
