The role youll contribute:
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing the Clinical Field Trainer providers training for new staff and established clinical staff following Centra Care Protocols and adhering to state, federal and organizational guidelines to ensure excellent quality care and patient safety standards. Will train new staff in the home office and in the field (may require out of state travel). Available to work shifts as needed in the centers when not training or assist Clinical Excellence Team. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Must be highly engaged in establishing the Centra Care Culture in new market regions.

Performs new hire training and assists with ongoing clinical in-service/education initiatives/remediation
DUA instructor performing new hire and recertification training on an on-going basis to included DUA remediation as needed
Must maintain education requirements for position and demonstrate competency, as required
Demonstrate understanding of adult learning principles
Is responsible for maintaining OSHA regulatory enforcement and other office compliance
Follows safety processes and policies to ensure appropriate care is given
Provides and ensures patients receive whole care in all aspects of an office visit, regarding intake, test results, screenings, labs, medication administration and discharge instructions
The expertise and experience youll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications:
Technical/Vocational School
1 years of Urgent Care experience
MA Certification OR BMO License
1 year of Work Experience
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Maintenance of Drug Screen/Breath/Alcohol Testing (BAT) Instructor Certification (May obtain after hire)
Preferred qualifications:
4 years of Urgent Care Experience
2 years Supervisory Experience
2 years of Leadership Experience
