As part of our Malaysia team, you’ll be working at the heart of that mission, helping healthcare providers deliver world-class care in hemodialysis and chronic kidney disease treatment. **Why Join Us?** From strategic partnerships to market innovation, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering solutions that improve the lives of patients worldwide — and fuel the success of a global healthcare leader. + **Be Part of a Purpose-Driven Global Leader** – Contribute to a company that transforms lives through innovation in renal therapies and services. + **Make a Tangible Impact** – Your work supports better patient outcomes and access to critical care. + **Grow with Us** – Access robust training, leadership development programs, and international career paths. + **Earn with Purpose** – Competitive base salary, attractive incentives, and performance-linked bonuses. **Role:** + To support Business Manager, PD (Peritoneal Dialysis) Business Unit & territorial requirements, to ensure excellence in service in all areas of accounts (Hospitals, PD units & wards). + To provide ongoing, close support to all accounts in the territory. + Promote and sell medical equipment, consumable products to government, private and NGO sectors, able to develop long term business relationship with existing and potential clients. + Initiate, coordinate and execute funding applications for patients. + Attend business reviews on periodical basis to review accounts & territory performance. + Identify new business opportunities, customers, markets and potential products. + Manage other administrative tasks that will be assigned based on the business and department needs from time to time (inventory, database, competitor analysis among other key tasks). + Organize/coordinate events/talks/seminars to customers/patients/clients. + To maintain highly respected relationships, within & outside the organization. + To develop and support education programs & provision of clinical and product training to patients/customers in hospitals or at patient’s home. + To conduct home visits at patient’s home to ensure adequate follow up of their condition and therapy application. + To report patient’s condition to the nephrologist and nursing team upon completion of each patient visit/assessment on time. + To provide advice and guidance to patients who require dialysis reimbursement in ensuring patient has uninterrupted dialysis treatment. + To ensure effective coordination between account’s nursing team, customer services and logistics for timely & reliable home-care service & support. + To provide on-call support during and after office hours (after office-hours support will be based on clinical roaster). + To support patient care during high workload period or the absence of the other team members. + Any other tasks, support and territories as deemed required. **Essentials:** + Current state registration as a Registered Nurse + Preferably with renal nursing experience, particularly in Peritoneal Dialysis + Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing + Post-basic qualification in a related field is an advantage + Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients and teams + Confident, self-motivated, and professional with a pleasant demeanor + Demonstrates agility in handling diverse responsibilities and planning tasks + Able to initiate, plan, and lead service and team meetings + Willingness to travel extensively and provide after-hours and weekend support as required + Must own a car and possess a valid driving license
