Clinical Educator/ IPAC Lead

Experience 

Minimum 5 years in IPAC and/or Health & Safety within a healthcare setting  3–5 years of experience in clinical education, staff development, or training delivery  Proven leadership in outbreak management and infection control practices  Experience in transitional or post-acute care environments is preferred 

Skills and Competencies 

Strong understanding of IPAC standards, infectious disease prevention, epidemiology, and healthcare legislation  Skilled in adult education program design, training delivery, and clinical mentorship  Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to educate and influence diverse teams  High-level organizational and project management skills  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, clinical documentation systems, and eLearning platforms  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the TCU team  Reliable transportation and willingness to work on-site at the TCU
