Education & Certification\:
BScN from an accredited institution (required)Current valid license as a Registered Nurse (required)Certificate or degree in Adult Education (preferred)Additional certifications in wound care, ostomy, central venous access, palliative care, or advanced dementia care (preferred)Experience\:
3–5 years of nursing experience in home care and/or acute care settingsStrong documentation skills and familiarity with CNO standards and RNAO best practicesProven experience in staff training, mentoring, and patient assessmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems; experience with eLearning platforms is an assetOther Requirements\:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsAccess to a personal vehicle and willingness to travel across Ontario
