Successful candidate will have experience in a Home Health environment, preferably as an educator or preceptor.Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and documenting educational and staff development activities for physical therapy, occupational therapy, audiology/speech-language pathology service. This includes department orientation, training, competency programs, and developing, organizing, and conducting in-services or continuing education events as needed to ensure staff competencies. Develops workflows collaboratively with affiliates necessary to establish effective processes to meet regulatory requirements and standards. Establish and maintain affiliations with schools of their respective rehabilitation service discipline. The incumbent will also coordinate, schedule, and oversee school clinical affiliation student rotations in addition to training facility preceptors or instructors.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of educational needs assessment, planning, curriculum development, competency assessment, training implementation and training evaluation.
Demonstrated coaching ability to improve individual or group performance.
Comparative analysis (best practice, gap analysis, benchmarking)
Basic information technology/computer literacy is required in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and group communication skills, both verbal and written required.
Strong organizational and project management skills required. Must be able to work independently and as a team member with variety of stakeholders
Advanced general professional and practice knowledge of their specific therapy discipline clinical processes within acute and outpatient clinical settings
Knowledge of professional clinical standards and regulatory requirements required
Knowledge and application of professional training/education/instructor processes and methods.

Pay Range is $77.88 to $97.35 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
