Role & Responsibility:
장루/요루 및 CIC(자가도뇨카테터) 교육 간호사 (70%), 전문 의료 지식 바탕으로 내부 및 외부 교육 진행(20%), 환자 중심 프로그램 주도적 실행 (10%)
70-80% off-site and 20-30% on-site, depending on business needs
환자 중심 프로그램을 통한 전문 의료 상담
고객 및 내부 직원에게 제품 임상 교육 제공 등
환자 제공 정보 및 콘텐츠 개발
Providing patient support to ostomates clinically at the account level
Evaluate, train and communicate about the attributes and benefits of products in the company's portfolio, for both internal and external customers
Deliver product clinical training to customers and employees
Provide qualified service to teaching hospitals through organizing programs.
Co-lead clinical/sales joint calls to discuss scientific evidence & procedure
Work aligned with marketing and customer service, carrying out and supporting the development of patient centric programs
Support the technical communication of promotional materials as well as directing its activities to satisfy the needs and customer goals
Support and deliver technical training of new employees
Experience:
1 년 이상의 종합 병원 간호사 경험 필수
수술 또는 수술 현장 경험 필요 (WOCN 선호)
의료 기기 및 제약 업계에서의 영업 혹은 마케팅 경험 선호
내부 및 외부 고객과의 우수한 커뮤니케이션 능력
운전 가능 (차량 보유 필수)
비즈니스 수준의 영어 스킬
MS Office 사용 가능
RN over 1 year of general hospital experience
OR or surgical field experience is needed (WOCN preferred)
Sales or marketing experience in medical device & pharmaceutical industry preferred
Training and presentation experience and skills
Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers
Driving license is required (Vehicle ownership required)
Business English speaking and writing skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
