This role is based in the **Emergency Department and Trauma Center** as well as the **Observation Medical/Surgical Unit** , offering a dynamic and impactful environment for clinical education leadership. The Clinical Education Coordinator is an RN with a talent for teaching and engaging with staff to advance staff knowledge and proficiency in clinical practice. The CEC supports the implementation of Nursing care delivery to meet practice and compliance standards. The strategic goals of the organization are a guide for the CEC’s priorities and goals.
