The Clinical Education Coordinator supports the Manager of Clinical Education in leading the daily operations of a department responsible for system-wide education initiatives for clinical staff. Focus areas include orientation, competency assessments, continuing education, and high-impact learning programs. This role manages practice standards, staffing, quality improvement, and department efficiencies, while also providing direct support and feedback to clinical education team members. What’s Required:Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of MichiganBLS certification required (must be obtained within 6 months of hire); ACLS or PALS preferred; BLS Training Center Faculty status highly preferredMaster’s degree in nursing or education required; OR bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field with four years of education or unit leadership experienceMinimum of three years of progressively responsible experienceProven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate clinical learning interventions and processesExperience in educational leadership or supervision of clinical educators preferredCertification in Nursing Professional Development preferred
