An exciting opportunity is now available for a Clinical Documentation Information (CDI) Specialist at UP Health System - Portage. As a member of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for facilitating improvement in the overall quality through completeness and accuracy of clinical documentation. You will strive to ensure comprehensive medical record documentation that reflects the clinical treatment, decisions, and diagnosis for all inpatients while serving as a resource to all members of the healthcare team on documentation guidelines. In this position, you will provide guidance and support, as well as assist with education and training related to improving clinical documentation.
