Overview

The Clinical Director of Mental Health will be responsible for overseeing delivery of consumer support services for an intensive rehabilitation treatment program. Under the supervision of the Program Operations Manager, the Clinical Director will also provide clinical services that promote consumer choice for adult individuals with mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities Manages clinical over-site of all services at a set locationAssists with admissions, discharges, medication administration, and progress summaries as neededConducts assessments and assesses findings with recommendations such as treatment and rehabilitation activities and goalsImplements established company policies on health, safety, security, code of conduct, and regulationHires new employees and warrants corrective actions to existing personnel when neededMaintains the development of individual plans, case coordination, and compliance with license and accreditationEnsures quality assurance including person served outcomes and service outcomesOversees program budgets for contracts and household expenditures Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or relevant field and licensure requiredMinimum of 4000 hours (post Master’s) of verifiable work experience such as providing services and support to individuals with mental illnessAt least two years of clinical supervisory experience preferredKnowledge of federal, state, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with mental illness is a plusEffective communication, customer service, and time management skills About our Line of Business SpringPath Mental Health Services, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, assists individuals with emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric disorders which result in functional impairments in traditional day-to-day life activities.
