TITLE: Clinical Director Outpatient Substance Abuse Services Residential
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, human services, social work or related field required. Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) required. Minimum 5 years of experience in substance use disorder services required. Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity required.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Director Outpatient Substance Abuse Services Residential is responsible for the overall operation of the Short Term Residential (STR)/Long Term Residential (LTR) and Detox Programs.
This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Master's degree in psychology, counseling, human services, social work or related field required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of experience in substance use disorder services required. Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity required.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Demonstrates the technical competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Potential for exposure to blood borne pathogens along with infectious diseases. (Refers to Blood Bourne Pathogen requirement). This position requires repetitive motion, hearing, pushing, reaching, and reading, seeing, speaking, standing and walking a majority of the time. Spends time with such equipment as computer terminal, fax machine, copier, and telephone. Occasional driving also required.

This position reports to department leadership and supervises incumbents as assigned.
