CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

RD-Registered DietitianOR RN-Registered Nurse of California within 90 Days of hireCNSD-Certified Nutrition Support DietitianOR CDCES-Certified Diabetes Care and Education SpecialistOR CSPN-Certofoed Specialist in Pediatric NutritionOR CSR


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:

Recent experience in an acute health care setting.Expertise in sub-specialty and Long-Term Care is desirable.Previous supervisory/management experience.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Comprehensive knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, nutrition counseling principles, pathophysiology, nonpharmacolgic and pharmacologic interventions.General knowledge of nutrient analysis, word processing and spreadsheet software.Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Pay Range is $51.11 to $65.42 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
