Salary Range: $68,724.00 - $106,522.00 Annual

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

The Clinical Data Analyst will collect and maintain information for the Heart and Vascular Service Line operations, focusing on providing queries and reports to meet specific departmental needs. This role will develop presentations, attend in person meetings, assist with cross service line data analysis and decision support for identified priorities and projects.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor s degree in finance or business administrationAdvanced proficiency with analytical tools and software applicationsStrong technical aptitude

Preferred:

Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare experience in specialty area or recent completion of an Administrative fellowship Experience with database administrationPrior experience creating reports using EpicEpic Certifications in Data Analytics

Scheduling Requirements:

Full TimeMonday Friday 9:00am-5:00pmHybrid, On Site 2-3 days/week

Essential Functions:

Analyze clinical and financial data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvementUtilizing Epic, other organizational and cardiovascular specific databases, and data sources such as Tableau, Health View Analytics (HVA) to develop reportsUtilizes principles of CQI in all work situationsSeeks feedback and recommendations from others to improve the quality, processes and services.Contributes to improving quality services and productivity (takes the initiative to continually evaluate one s work, report problems, suggest solutions and try new ideas)Maintains positive relationships with all customers, employee, physician, patient, visitor, and guestsUtilizes a variety of feedback to improve processes and services to meet and exceed customer needsUses sound employee relations practices and maintains high levels of visibility and accessibilityFollows through on all customer requests and inquiries in a timely fashionAdheres to budgetary guidelines and targets-proactively manages budget variances and causesDetermines priorities and organizes work and time to meet expectationsInteracts constructively, tactfully and diplomatically with others and resolves conflicts effectivelyDemonstrates cultural competency and ability to maintain a diverse workforceCompletes tasks and assignments in a timely, accurate and efficient mannerRemains positive and focused despite obstacles and setbacksDemonstrates a sense of urgency in completing assignmentsOrganizes multiple assignments and/or projects simultaneously to accomplish goals
