The Clinical Coordinator analyzes clinical data for process improvement opportunities that facilitate decision making processes. **The value youll bring to the team:** + Investigate patient records to understand variances and provide timeline of events. + Under direction of director and manager, collects, synthesizes and shares data trends with the interdisciplinary care team, driving process improvement strategies. + Participates in deployment of acute nursing support strategies + Coordinates campus metrics and demographics for benchmarking submissions. + Coordinates annual review process of policy, SOP and education documents for nursing to ensure compliance with CMS regulations.
