Description: The developing North Carolina A&T PA Program is seeking a Clinical Coordinator. The Clinical Coordinator will support the development and coordination of supervised clinical practice experiences (SCPEs) necessary to ensure students receive the clinical experiences required to meet program outcomes and accreditation standards. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operations of the clinical year, including managing schedules, coordinating rotations and clinical skill instruction within the clinical phase of the program, and assisting with the overall administrative tasks related to student clerkships. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and external partners. This position reports to the Program Director and is expected to execute at a high level with a particular focus on managing details. The HCHHS is also home to the Center of Excellence in Integrative Health Disparities and Equity Research ( CIHDER ), a hub for multidisciplinary research and community engagement efforts to alleviate health inequities. The HCHHS capitalizes on the synergistic relationships between these departments to develop advanced academic programming, enhance the mentoring of trainees, and conduct collaborative multidisciplinary research and scholastic activity.
