Job Title: Clinical Contracts Manager II Location: Oro Valley, AZ Type: Contract - 6 months Compensation: $60.00 - $63.00 hourly Joule is currently seeking a Contracts Manager with a strong background in clinical research, particularly in diagnostics contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful work in the life sciences industry while collaborating with a dynamic and mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities: + Draft, review, and manage a variety of clinical research contracts, with a focus on diagnostics. + Negotiate terms with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and business requirements. + Work within Conga and Salesforce platforms to manage contract workflows, approvals, and records. + Ensure contract compliance, manage risk, and support audit readiness across documentation. + Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Clinical Operations, Finance, and external vendors. Qualifications: + 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably in the clinical research or life sciences industry. + 3+ years of hands-on experience working within Conga and Salesforce environments. + Strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and industry-specific requirements. + Excellent attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience: + Prior work with diagnostics-specific clinical research contracts. + Experience supporting contract lifecycle management in regulated environments.
