OVERVIEW
As a Clinical Content Specialist - Nursing, you will work closely with the Content Management Consultants/Senior Clinical Content Specialists to plan and deliver high quality NCLEX Review and Consultation services by identifying and assessing client needs and developing evidence-based, best practice, content for faculty and students to assist in preparation for the NCLEX.
You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates to NCLEX products and coordinate efforts with the nursing education team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Nursing Education, pedagogy, analysis, and student success. You will be able to work collaboratively in a team-based approach to achieve goals and have a bias toward action.
You should be ready to dive in and understand the current market of Nursing Education, NCLEX® preparation and the importance of student success to prepare future nurses for the innovative and dynamic world of nursing.
You will engage in advanced tasks that significantly contribute to our clinical content portfolio. Your expertise will help ensure that our content is comprehensive, accurate, and up to date. Using your clinical experience, you will inform the synthesis and inclusion of new evidence-based material.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ReView & PreView
Use evidence-based research and best practices in facilitating reviews for clients.Facilitate the PreView & ReView virtually or in person.Run evaluations, send to facilitator PreView & ReView Content Management Consultant/Senior Clinical Content Specialist and file.Collaborate with the PreView & ReView Content Management Consultant/Senor Clinical Content Specialist to schedule PreViews/ReViews to be offered to schools regularly.Assist as needed in design processes to send marketing announcing dates for PreView/ReView planning.Work with the PreView & ReView Content Management Consultant/Senor Clinical Content Specialist in the continuous development of the NCLEX product.Facilitator Onboarding and Training
Respond to request for new facilitators and help recruit them in collaboration with the PreView & ReView Content Management Consultant/Senor Clinical Content Specialist PreView & ReView team.Support the facilitator through training, event planning and implementation process.Provide feedback to facilitators following a co-facilitations, solo-events and as needed.Collaborate to maintain appropriate files for each facilitator and training dashboard and platform.Seek feedback after facilitation onboarding and training completed for quality improvement.Other Duties
Trend information discussed with clients that may be the platform for new products.Collaborate with the nurse educator team to evaluate practices and processes in place. Flexible to work on other product development as needed.QUALIFICATION
Required Experience:Teaching experience in an academic nursing program.In-depth knowledge in NCSBN NCLEX Test PlanActive RN licensure (unencumbered).Preferred Experience:3+ years teaching in academic nursing programs.3+ years’ experience as a RN.Experience in NCLEX Review for nursing students.Experience leveraging data to meet customer needs.Experience interfacing with customers.Education: Master’s degree in Nursing required.TRAVEL: up to 25% or more as needed for NCLEX reviews, conferences, consultations, and training.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $95,560 - $133,750Additional Information:
