Job description:
The Clinical Care Coordinator MA-C will play an integral role in the functioning of Swedish Medical Group's Population Health team, which delivers an improved care experience to the patients we serve, while enabling the organization to successfully deliver on its organizational value oriented/accountable care commitments. The Clinical Care Coordinator's primary responsibility will be to deliver on these priorities through patient care coordination, navigation and support of quality workflows.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, or
Coursework/Training: Completion of a registered apprenticeship program, or
Coursework/Training: Completion of post-secondary education with a clinical externship
Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification
2 years healthcare experience
3 years work experience in an outpatient/clinic/ambulatory setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Upon hire: Active national Medical Assistant Certification through a recognized organization such as AAMA, AMT, RMA, CCMA or NCCT
