As a Clinical Cardiac Implementation Specialist, PET/CT (CCIS), you will deliver clinical/research, technical and operational expertise by providing excellent adult education and training supporting the Molecular Imaging modality. As a myocardial perfusion imaging clinical expert, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience through high quality support and education designed to reduce the complexities of clinical implementation, optimize and standardize protocols, improve image quality and workflow to maximize the use of GE HealthCare systems’ functionality and ensure a high level of proficiency and satisfaction across all sites.

Supporting the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Northern New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Northern Illinois

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within the cardiac PET/CT modality. Correlates theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to provide clinicians with the knowledge and the skills to obtain optimal performance from their GE HealthCare equipment.Develop strong clinical relationships with medical centers in the cardiac market and contribute to building GE HealthCare’s credibility through excellent customer interaction.Consult with reading physicians on an ongoing basis to optimize image quality.Optimize protocols to achieve best possible image quality on scanners.Assist in standardization across installed system base.Collaborate and coordinate the delivery of customer training with a targeted integrated account management approach including equipment, pharmaceutical diagnostics and service teams.Provide ongoing post training and support as needed over the lifecycle of the product.Act as focal point for modality team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests.Partner with the SBU (Strategic Business Unit) and Modality teams to provide insights of customer learnings and competition; provide a feedback loop to SBU and Modality teams on product performance at sites.Maintain customer relationships through proactive touches and communicate all relevant product and/or customer concerns or opportunities to the Management team, SBU (Strategic Business Unit), Marketing and Technical Support regarding technical and clinical issue or how to improve the quality of the product or overall product offerings.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of PET/CT experience and 2 years of cardiac MI experienceCNMT or equivalent specific NM and/or PET/CT modality certificationComfortable in a clinical/patient environmentDemonstrated clinical skills, viewed as subject matter expert, to include advanced applications in respective modality (cardiac focus)Excellent interpersonal skills; interest in and aptitude for close customer interactionExperience in speaking, presenting materials relevant to a diverse audienceWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned marketProficient use of software applications, such as, Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and navigating other computer and web-based tools (intranet/internet/apps) Ability to learn specialized industry specific software and provide digital education and training solutions  Demonstrated self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic business environment and places personal and business integrity at forefront

Desired Characteristics

5+ years’ experience with GE HealthCare PET/CT modality.3+ years of NM and/or PET/CT cardiac experience.Strong verbal communication. Able to communicate complex clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner.  Strong and effective teaching and presentation skills  Strong organizational skills to sustain in a dynamic environment. Ability to multi-task and make independent decisions while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities. Possess stress tolerance.Ability to support and contribute to strategy and innovation. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $115,200.00-$172,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
