Clinical Application Specialist
**Clinical Application Specialist - Angiography** Drives clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues. **Your role:** + Supports Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations. Support and advise the sales force during customer acquisition. + Develop and execute winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share. + Educating sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes. + Train customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the equipment delivered + (re-)Train hospital staff in case of new releases, upgrade and / or versions (changes) in the operating procedures of the equipment + Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction * Report to on difficulties in optimal usage of the equipment as well as reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner. **You're the right fit if:** + You have acquired 3+ years of experience, including experience in Hemodynamic Rooms. + Your skills include Bilingual (English and Spanish), Effective communication and presentations skills, priority-setting, proactivity, customer and patient first mindset. + You hold a bachelor's degree in Radiology, Bioimage production, nursing or related areas. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a Field based role.
