Clinical Analyst - 100% remote

A Clinical Analyst role is now available through Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences. The candidate will work in a clinical quality position within the behavioral health department, focusing on processing incident reports related to seclusion and restraint for a Medicaid health plan. They will also assist with implementing quality improvement initiatives, which may involve contacting providers for patient care needs and editing reports.
**Contract type:** Temp-hire (100% remote)
**Work hours:** Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
**Hourly pay range:** $50.00-53.92/hr. – depending on your level of experience
**Skill Requirements**
· Experience in the **healthcare background**
· Proficiency in **behavioral health**
· Strong skills in **Microsoft Excel**
· Excellent written and oral communication
· Attention to detail
**Preferred Requirements:**
· Knowledge of clinical background
· Understanding of quality background
· Familiarity with quality-of-care reviewing
· Experience with **HEDIS**
