Clinical Administrative Coordinator

This position is full time (40hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.  

We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be during normal business hours.

   

Primary Responsibilities:

Retrieving and distribution of mail Responsible for ordering office supplies. Scanning correspondence to remote staff Assisting cash posting Invoicing for external companies Printing & mailing correspondences received from remote staff Responsible for web access for staff Assisting senior leadership with administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age OR older 1+ years of customer service experience Ability to work full time onsite at N17W24100 Riverwood Dr Waukesha, WI 53188 Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

   

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual - English/Spanish Clerical or administrative support background Experience working within the health care Industry and with health care insurance Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting Experience working in a call center Experience with Microsoft Office products

   

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and mathematical skills to collect and interpret data to solve problems Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with many different levels of employees. Ability to make sound decisions quickly in a fluid work environment Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

   

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $17.74 - $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
