Partners with logistics consultant in development of move plans for each department. Serves as coordinator of the clinical move activitiesCollaborates closely with Construction Management team to coordinate any equipment requiring early installation as well as with medical equipment planners and Biomed on all medical equipment installations and inspectionsCoordinates all owner-furnished and contractor-installed items and equipment with Construction Management teamContributes towards improvement of department scores for employee engagement, i.e. peer-to-peer accountability.
SERVICE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assists in planning of furniture, art, equipment, telecommunications and information technology for assigned projectsOversees the installation of new and reused equipment, furniture, art, signage, etc. Responds promptly to internal and external customer requestsParticipates in the schematic and design planning phasesAssists in development of and manages move schedule for facility occupancy
QUALITY/SAFETY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Oversees the progress of move(s) to identify and improve methods of delivery within the departments. Maintains and achieves the highest standards of quality, delivery of care and serviceMonitors required actions, including those for regulatory approvals, to assure occupancy readiness

Ensures equipment and supply needs are identified and providedUtilizes efficient and cost-effective work practices with department resources and supplies. Self-motivated to independently manage time effectively and prioritize daily tasks to meet established timelines, assisting coworkers as needed

Bachelor's degree in nursing, business or related healthcare field
WORK EXPERIENCE
Five years of hospital clinical or healthcare experience License/Certification LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS - REQUIRED
RN - Registered Nurse - Texas State Licensure -- Compact Licensure - Must obtain permanent Texas license within 60 days (if establishing Texas residency) ANDOther clinician license according to applicable Board requirements KSA/ Supplemental Data KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
