Job Summary
The Supervisor, Urgent Care provides clinical and operational leadership for the day-to-day activities of the urgent care facility. This role ensures the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care while supporting organizational clinical, financial, and quality initiatives. The Supervisor oversees the performance and development of nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and prioritizes patient care needs based on resources and patient demands.

Associate Degree in Nursing preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred 2-4 years of clinical experience in an urgent care, emergency, or similar fast-paced healthcare setting required 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient in clinical procedures and the use of urgent care medical equipment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and foster collaboration. Knowledge of evidence-based practices, quality improvement processes, and regulatory compliance. Ability to prioritize tasks and make critical decisions in a dynamic healthcare environment. Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation standards.Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure preferred BCLS - Basic Life Support required CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation required ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
