At the direction of service line and clinical leaders, the Clinic Services Supervisor II is responsible for supervising administrative support service operations including the supervision of registration and cardiology scheduling staff, ensuring administrative processes are in place to support the clinical practice and program, leading change with the administrative processes and staff, and carrying out action plans to achieve performance objectives for administrative tasks.
M Health Fairview Heart Clinic is looking for individual with strong leadership skills to lead the Registration and Scheduling Team. Position will work at both the Edina and Burnsville Clinic locations. Individual needs to have a strong Registration background with previous Epic experience preferred.
