M Health Fairview Clinic – Smiley's is a conveniently located neighborhood clinic on E. 28h Street in Minneapolis that offers comprehensive care for your entire family, through all stages of life. We make everyday care for kids and adults easy, from annual checkups, vaccinations, and sports physicals to treatment for common illnesses, mental health care, women’s health care, Gender Care, and more. For extra convenience, we offer an onsite Fairview pharmacy, which means you can easily pick up prescriptions following an appointment. We are a Certified Health Care Home and offer enhanced care coordination services. Along with our physicians, we use a team of educators, pharmacists, and psychologists to teach patients how to prevent and manage disease.

Clinic Services Supervisor II Overview

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supervises support staff members, assesses the administrative needs of patients, and delegates tasks appropriatelyProvides guidance and training to assigned staff responsible for scheduling and frontline activitiesEstablishes and fosters a culture of engagement within the organization’s values and between team, clinical leaders and providers/physiciansEstablishes and manages clear goals and performance expectationsImplements programs for employee development and continuing education of administrative teamDrives continuous improvement for employee satisfaction and engagementCollaborate with leadership to problem-solve business issues.Coordinates operational scheduling, policy, and performance processes and documentationCreates an environment that prioritizes the administrative needs of our internal and external customersAnticipates the administrative team needs and ensures that innovations are appropriate to improve efficiency, capacity and customer demandAssures all collaborators including clinical program leadership and service line leadership are advised and prepared for planned changes in services, programs, processes and systems

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Business Administration or combination of education and directly applicable experience3 to 5 years of formal or informal leadership experienceStrong relationship building skillsProcess improvement experienceBudget and financial management

Compensation:

64,335.00 - 93,288.00 USD Annual
