Clinic RN - Swedish Centralized Triage-Hybrid-Remote

 

Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday 8 to 5

Location: Hybrid-remote but may require you to work onsite around Seattle, Washington

 

Job description: 

 

As a Centralized Triage Nurse, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients. Via telehealth platforms, you will assess patient symptoms, provide evidence-based clinical advice and direct patients to the appropriate level of care.

Providence Swedish is committed to delivering compassionate and evidence-based care to our Greater Seattle community. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join our team as a Centralized Triage Nurse.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct telephone assessments to determine urgency and level of careDocument all patient interactions accurately and thoroughly in EPICCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient carePrioritize incoming calls and manage high call volumes effectively

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of accredited school of registered nursingUpon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1 year Nursing experience in a clinic or1 year Nursing experience in acute care with completion of a residency program or1 year Nursing Tech experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Upon hire: Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association
