Clinic Nurse Manager
**Location:** Pipestone, MN **Worker Type:** Regular **Work Shift:** Primarily days with possible weekends/evenings/holidays (United States of America) Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is currently seeking to find qualified individuals to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community. **Position Highlights** **SUMMARY** : **RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE TO ENSURE PCMC CONSISTENTLY EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS THROUGH OUR VALUES OF PATIENT-CENTERED CARE, EXCELLENCE, TEAMWORK AND COMPASSION.** Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the nursing services within the family practice clinic and satellite clinics, including supervision of the Clinic Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses and Patient Care Coordinators. Responsible for coordinating a level of communication between patient, nursing staff, providers and other facility departments to create positive outcomes for employees and patients. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities and authority includes interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining clinic nursing staff; planning, assigning work, and directing work; appraising performance and rewarding employees, including promotions; issuing discipline to employees, including disciplinary suspension or discharge; addressing complaints, and resolving problems in regards to the clinic staff. **QUALIFICATIONS:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. **Education and/or Experience:** Graduate of an accredited nursing program preferably at the BSN level. Three years’ clinical experience working in an ambulatory setting preferred. **Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:** Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota required. BLS certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire. **Responsibilities and Expectations:** + Maintains confidentiality when dealing with all customers, including employees. + Report to work as scheduled and follow facility polices regarding attendance, tardiness and use of company time. + Use my work email address and all work computers for business only. + Must be flexible to change and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Performs duties in a manner consistent with safety principles, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and standards associated with the organization. + Attend all trainings mandated for my position and for working at PCMC. + May be involved with organization committees. + Lead staff through example, by utilizing appropriate delegation, clear communication, and suitable best practices. + Take pride in PCMC, its missions, values, and goals while representing our facilities positively in the workplace and community. **The pay scale for this position is $38.72 - $60.02 per hour.
