Get to Know Your Team: The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, a part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, now offers 378 licensed beds, a history of innovation, and strong community support. Responsibilities Manages all operational functions to include personnel supervision, budget and patient flow to ensure providers have maximum opportunity to provide superior patient care to patients. Ensures the clinic meets goals and objectives by establishing clinical targets in coordination with management while guiding office staff. Responsible for management of staff, employee relations, orientation and training. Acts in accordance with health center management and maintains office budget to ensure healthy fiscal growth. Responsible for maintaining credentialing and licensing submission of payroll duties for all employees, and attending ad hoc meetings. Responsible for management of quality standards, coordinating with quality assurance coordinator to meet regulatory standards including JCAHO and OSHA. Establishes quality assurance measures to include benchmarks and plans for improvement. Demonstrates effective leadership by creating a positive work environment and providing regular feedback to all staff. Performs regular PMIs with staff, anticipates staff needs and responds accordingly in a timely manner and appropriately responds to and documents employee relation issues. Qualifications Job Requirements: 2-year degree in related field Current in-state driver’s license Eight years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications 4-year degree in related field Certified Procedural Coder
