Qualifications:

Supervise and mentor a strong team of front desk sales associatesTrack monthly results and trends for business forecastingResolve escalated customer complaintsRally a team of caring professionals to deliver an excellent end-to-end experience to every guestBuild relationships with a talented team of massage therapists, estheticians, and customer service superstars to guide, support, and inspire themEducate guest on wellness and self-careDrive retail sales and membership salesBuild a high-achieving team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorshipManage inventoryCreating a strong workplace cultureModel the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy
