An established, high-end, multidisciplinary private medical and healthcare business serving private and corporate clients. We are a dynamic organisation with a broad offering including clinical services, an online shop, laboratory services, corporate healthcare, and project work spanning industries such as film and media. We hold several industry accreditations and operate in a highly regulated environment.
 
Role Overview
This is a critical leadership role, managing the entire day-to-day operation of the clinic and the wider business. The successful candidate will take over from the current Clinic Manager and, initially, support a transition period alongside a senior assistant.
You’ll be responsible for leading a high-calibre team, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering exceptional patient and client care, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
You must be confident operating at a senior level, able to handle diverse operations and teams, and maintain a polished, discreet, and professional demeanour in a high-profile, high-expectation environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including staff coordination and patient care deliveryProvide clear leadership and direction to all departments including clinical, support, corporate, and project teamsMaintain and drive compliance with all relevant regulations (CQC, SEQOHS, ISO9001/27001)Manage quality assurance, health & safety, and document controlSupport HR processes: appraisals, development, team performance, and moraleLiaise with external stakeholders including corporate clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodiesPartner with digital and marketing teams to support business developmentSupport commercial growth initiatives across all business divisionsMaintain a calm, balanced leadership style with clear decision-making under pressure 
Candidate Profile
 
Essential:
Proven experience (5 years) in senior clinic/business management in a private healthcare settingGraduate-level educationConfident, articulate, and professional – able to represent the business to high-profile clients Clear understanding of working in a high-quality, premium, regulated healthcare environment (not NHS, dental, or beauty)Strong commercial awareness, organisation, and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple functionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIT-literate and comfortable with systems and processesFluent English, both written and spokenDesirable:IOSH / NEBOSH qualification or Health & Safety knowledgeExperience with ISO standards or leading quality auditsExposure to corporate healthcare delivery or multi-branch/multi-service businessesExperience within highly regulated environmentsPersonality & Style:Professional and well-presented, ideally someone who is polished, calm, and confident in high-level environmentsMature approach – ideally late 30s with gravitas to interact with senior clinicians (some in their 60s-80s) and senior clientsFair, non-partisan leadership style – able to manage teams objectively, inclusively, and without biasIntelligent, forward-thinking, and emotionally intelligent 
Additional Information
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (clinic operates between 8:00am–8:00pm; some flexibility and responsiveness required)
