CHI Health has an amazing opportunity to add a Clinic LPN Scheduler to our GI team located at our CUMC-Bergan Campus / Service Center off of 77th & Mercy! 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, NO weekends, NO holidays & NO call! 

Scheduling and Coordinating Procedure Appointments:

Scheduling procedure appointments for patients to include:Creating (from template) instructions from a completed questionnaire.Enter medication for the upcoming procedure (when needed). Other duties as assigned.

Verifying Patient Information:

Confirming patient demographics, insurance information, and other relevant details.Communicating with Patients and Healthcare Teams:Communicating appointment details, handling inquiries, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Managing Pre-procedure calls and Reminders:

Creating, and sending out patient instructions for the scheduled procedure.During the pre-procedure call, they will review patients instructions ensuring patients receive necessary information for the scheduled procedure.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing programCurrent LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association Completion of IV Therapy CourseOverview
