This pivotal role will see you at the forefront of transitioning new client businesses to Publicis, enhancing our service deployment on a global scale. As part of our team, you'll support large, complex client transitions, ensuring smooth onboarding and seamless integration of Publicis products and services. With the opportunity to autonomously manage smaller transitions, you'll oversee complete project lifecycles, coordinating across multiple markets and work streams. Elevate your career in an environment where your expertise in managing projects and stakeholder relationships will directly contribute to our success and growth. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with the Global Transition Lead in managing large-scale client transitions, coordinating priorities across agency teams. + Directly manage smaller transition projects from planning to execution, maintaining communication with Client and Executive Leads. + Oversee the progress of numerous work streams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. + Manage and maintain internal and client communication channels, providing updates and leading meetings with key stakeholders. + Identify potential risks early and take the lead in troubleshooting, ensuring projects run smoothly. + Advocate for consistent application of project management methodologies to uphold company and client standards. + Forge strong relationships with external clients, managing and exceeding their expectations. **Qualifications** + Proven experience in project management within complex, matrixed environments, handling multiple stakeholders and competing priorities efficiently. + In-depth understanding of project and program management processes, methodologies and tools + Experience in the media or advertising sectors. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for aligning stakeholder goals and cultivating strong team relationships. + Resilience under pressure, with robust issue resolution skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure settings. + Attention to detail, seamlessly managing both macro and micro elements of transitions. + Decisive organisational abilities, adept at prioritising demands and making swift, effective decisions.
