The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Power BI data models, reports and dashboards. If you are passionate about business intelligence, analytics and have a knack for turning complex data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you. **To qualify for the role, you must have:** + Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and the Power Query formula language (M-language). + Advanced understanding of data modeling, data warehousing and ETL techniques. + Designed, developed and maintained Power BI reports (including paginated reports) and dashboards to support business decision-making processes. + Designed, developed and implemented Power BI data models for complex and large-scale enterprise environments. + Proven experience with deploying and optimizing large datasets. + Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages. + Strong collaboration, analytical, interpersonal and communication abilities. **Ideally, you’ll also have:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. + Microsoft Power BI certification. + Experience with other BI tools. + Worked within large teams to successfully implement Power BI solutions. + Sound knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience with Git. + Ability to propose solutions by recalling best practices learned from Microsoft documentation, whitepapers and community publications. **What we look for:** We want people who are self-starters, who can take initiative and get things done. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $107,000 to 200,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $128,400 to $227,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
