What you can expect on a typical day:

Client Support: You will help our clients resolve complex payment issues, especially involving contracts, billing, and inactive company codes (controls).  Involves partnering with multiple business units and teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Client Retention: Under the guidance of leaders and mentors, you will drive client retention by understanding and enforcing contracts, correcting errors, restructuring and negotiating contracts and renewals, and serving as backup and mentee to the Contract and Retention Team Learning: You will continually increase your knowledge and skills in payments, money movement, ERP integrations, service excellence, relationship building, contract language and negotiation, and compliance. 

In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for managing and preventing the most complex issues and situations that often lead to attrition risk, including contract interpretation, pricing and billing matters, integration challenges, and executive escalations. You are the fixer. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.


Day-to-Day: Your #1 goal is to retain clients and ensure they understand the value that Payment Solutions and Wisely brings to their business. Tactically, you will achieve this by working with the Client Readiness Team and new clients on training and best practices, especially around billing and contracts to prevent future disputes. When billing and contract issues arise, you will handle the matter, including advising contract and billing changes under the guidance of Finance and Contracts and Retention Team. Additional activities include reporting on inactive clients and company codes and working with Continuous Improvement teams to develop tools and processes that warn of client attrition risk.

Qualifications

A minimum of  2 years’ in a role that involves billing, contracts and negotiations At least 2 years’ experience in a problem solving role with measured client satisfaction You are comfortable giving directions, communicating guidelines, and having financial and contractual discussions with moderate to high amounts of influence.

Preferred

 A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
