Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Fairport! In this key role, you will serve as a frontline resource for our clients—managing order entry, resolving inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments to deliver exceptional service. **Shift:** Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm **Pay:** $20-22/hr **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, primarily related to purchase orders and order status. + Accurately enter and manage client orders from entry through delivery using Salesforce, Oracle, Outlook, and Teams. + Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure a smooth client experience. + Provide Tier 1 phone support for incoming calls, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary. + Assist with quoting and pricing requests as needed. **Qualifications:** + Minimum 1 year of client support experience in an order-processing environment. + Associate’s degree preferred. + Demonstrated experience with purchase order entry, tracking, and issue resolution. + Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. _Apply today for immediate consideration!_ **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
