Element has an opportunity for a Client Support Representative to join our expanding team in Acton, MA. The role of the Client Support Representative is to ensure that assessment activities are planned and performed in a highly professional and technical manner and that customer expectations are exceeded, as well as to process customers through the certification process.

Responsibilities

The specific duties of the Client Support Representatives are as follows:

Day to day maintenance and security of assigned Client files.Development of new assigned Client filesContract Review (possible technical review/input may be required)Scope statement developmentPreliminary activity schedule developmentDirect support of assigned Client requirements & needsQuestions and answersRequests and inquiriesUpdates information and new developmentsProvides client notifications of activities Levels of Client satisfactionUse of Registration and NQA LogoTracking and administering Customer Complaints and associated CPAR'sAdhering to established KPI’s of the Operations DepartmentMaintenance of Client RegistrationProvides Transmittal or activity informationFile reviews (unless as defined by accreditation schemes)CAP (Corrective Action Preventions) "chasing" & reviewsConducted ReviewsSupport company initiatives related to the clientProvides input to the Blue List as appropriateSupport program management efforts as appropriateCertificate MaintenanceMulti-site audit planners and associated multi-site required documentsFinancial SupportAssist in Invoicing Clients (annual registration, pre-activity, re-bill expenses)Client collections

 

Skills / Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.2-3 years of customer service related skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office and EQM computer programs (database awareness)Excellent and personable communication skillsWork collaboratively as team member as well as independentlyDetail oriented, well organized, and adept at multitaskingExcellent oral and written communication skillsWillingness and ability to problem solve and expand technical skills and knowledgeDedication to continuous improvement professionally and in support of operation proceduresFlexible and willing to take on other duties as assignedHigh energy and positive attitude
