Client Success Team - Regulatory Outreach Analyst

What is the opportunity?

This role includes client-facing responsibilities, as well as collaboration with KYC, Onboarding, Account Management, Business Management, Sales Coverage and trading desks, etc. This role is multifaceted and involves adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements while working with various stakeholders to optimize the client experience and meet RBC’s high-standards of success.

What will you do?

Client Outreach: Lead and manage client outreach initiatives relating to regulatory communications, KYC, desk/product-specific messages to RBC’s broad client population.

Client Questionnaires: Work with clients and internal stakeholders to complete inbound client questionnaires sent to RBC; Questionnaires must be completed in a timely manner and ongoing communication to clients with updates is critical to the maintenance of strong client/broker relationships.

Client Contact Management: Provide tailored client contacts for several outreach initiatives; Contribute to the maintenance of RBC’s client contact data.

Support the daily activities/tasks and maintain the Regulatory Inbox

Support regulatory initiatives and data analysis

Support the capture, measure, and report metrics on the dimensions of data quality that support business defined objectives

What you need to succeed?

4-7 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree

CSC is an asset

Capital Markets experience

Relationship management experience

Client management experience

Data management competencies

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excel proficiency

Strong organizational and time management skills
