Working independently, you will drive region/client account performance and satisfaction. This job is within the Client Services Job Function. They are responsible for providing daily advice and support to clients that need assistance with business products and services. **What You'll Do:** + Perform, coordinate, and supervise various regional, client account and department administrative, process improvement and financial functions. + Direct field management staff, client accounting services and Property Management Leadership Team to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery. + Recommend and implement changes to client service processes and procedures to positively impact client satisfaction. + Build talent and lead teams by leading by example and modeling behaviors consistent with our RISE values to earn respect and trust of peers, employees, and clients. Recognize expertise and empower peers and employees to build a dynamic team that is viewed by others as highly productive, capable and the best in the industry. + Collaborate across the organization to include directing, managing, and coordinating activities between multiple internal teams. + Work collaboratively with Client Solutions analysts to develop compelling client analysis and insights. + Coordinate with client account leaders, LMA/PM leaders, client representatives and accounting services on process, budgeting, analysis, and monthly reporting. + Act as key point of contact for clients to ensure high client satisfaction. Serve as the “face of CBRE” in the local/national/global business community. + Generate powerful proposals and make convincing presentations to achieve new business. + Provide oversight of new client transition and client termination processes for the assigned client(s), ensuring compliance with defined CBRE Global Standards. + Oversee the operational delivery of client-focused services, reporting, and budgeting. Support and monitor compliance with client requirements and CBRE Global Standards. + Direct, manage, and complete processes to support the contract execution process and assist in the development of requirements for contracts support systems. + Understand and oversee financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting encouraged by the client. + Provide oversight in the prioritization, scheduling, and completion of internal compliance reviews. + Build strong business operations and set specific, measurable, challenging yet achievable short- and long-range goals and objectives to consistently meet or exceed client expectations. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. + Bachelor's Degree required with 8-12 years of relevant experience. + Property Management experience in Commercial Real Estate strongly preferred. + Experience in directing complex client relationships in a customer-focused service firm in multiple locations along with accounting, operations and business analytics background is preferred. + Able to cultivate a strong service-orientation and an “advisory role” in client, management, and employee relationships. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems. + Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Client Success Senior Director position is $175,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Client Success Senior Director position is $190,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
