About the RoleAs a Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for key automotive clients. You’ll lead the orchestration of cross-functional teams across offerings like Embedded Software Development, R&D, Data & AI, Custom Applications, and SAP—ensuring seamless delivery, long-term client satisfaction, and sustainable growth. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends relationship management, technical insight, and business strategy.
🎯 What You’ll DoClient Partnership & Growth
Be the voice of the client within DXC’s Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) Build deep, trusted relationships with client stakeholders Understand client goals, programs, and tech landscape to align DXC solutions Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities with internal partnersRevenue & Account Strategy
Collaborate with market leaders and industry SMEs to shape account plans Drive revenue growth through proactive opportunity creation and strategic planning Ensure contract renewals and long-term account healthDelivery Excellence
Lead teams across CES to ensure high-quality delivery Monitor KPIs like margin, staffing mix, and automation efficiency Oversee fixed-price projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery ✅ What You Bring5+ years in IT, account management, or sales-related roles Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industryStrong technical acumen (hands-on experience not required) Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-offering accounts Fluent in English and German Client Relationship ManagementDelivery & Operational ExcellenceForecasting & Financial OversightEscalation Handling & Crisis ManagementStrategic Thinking & Business AcumenCommunication & InfluenceMature Leader with at least 5 years of experience as an Automotive Industry Delivery Lead or CSMAbility to manage multiple internal stakeholders: Recruiting, HR, RM, Sales, Solutions, Engineering DeliveryExperience in managing cross-locations teams.
