Client Success Manager, Learning & Development

· Identify and review client training requirements and current training curriculum, modules and content for upgrades, curriculum redesign and enhancements (20%) 

· Based on requirements, collaborate and provide consulting on effective training methodologies and program launch plans for the target group and build the training practice according to requirements. (20%) 

· Write Learning and Development SOPs with documented requirements and best in practice approach and hand-off to launch execution teams for implementation. (20%) 

· Evaluate performance wave over wave as part of launch plan and support to ensure training is meeting business needs and adjust any/all deliverables for targeted improvement opportunities. (20%) 

· Ensure effective communication with clients, launch team members, trainers and management including follow-up actions and revisions to ensure KPI goals are met at 60-days post implementations. (20%)

· Minimum of 3-5 years in Training or Learning & Development function 

· Must have handled hands-on facilitation and training for multiple geographies. 

· Proven hands-on experience in training calendar and budget preparation. 

· Certification in Training Needs Analysis / Facilitation / Training Evaluation / Training Modules curation / Train the Trainer is critical. 

· Be abreast of training trends, developments and best practices and network with professional bodies / forums / similar industry
