**Our Mission** Partner and innovate to drive healthcare forward! **Our Team Objective** Become a trusted partner with our clients and with different IQVIA departments. **Position Purpose:** Support clients daily by delivering the required data in several formats and advise clients on how to use it. Provide guidance and support to clients as an expert on IQVIA products and services. So who are we looking for? **Principle Responsibilities** + First point of contact for the client: build relationship, answer all relevant data questions or refer to other departments, give training on our products & services; + Review and analyse client requirements or problems and assist in the development of proposals of cost-effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction; + Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions; + Monitor performance against existing service agreements and ensure client’s obligations are met; + May design, structure and deliver client reports and presentations that are answering further needs of the audience; + Partner with the Key Account Managers and clients to derive optimum value from our products & services by explaining and expanding the usage of current deliverables and identifying revenue opportunities within existing clients. + Provides follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction. **Education, Experience, & Specialized Skills Required:** + A Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent + An experience or a strong affinity in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and interpretation + A customer-oriented personality with a positive drive and a pragmatic, proactive and innovative approach + Able to manage multiple projects and work with due dates + Able to work effectively with others in and across a matrix organization + Analytical and Project Management skills + Experience/affinity with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry is a strong advantage + Proficient in PC applications: good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint + Proficient in NL, FR and EN **Additional Requirements:** + Good time management and interpersonal skills + Excellent communication and listening skills + Good presentation skills + Good influencing skills + Team player + Good organizational skills + Detail-oriented IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
