Client Succes & Account Manager **Managed Solutions Group** 1 Positions ID: 76851 Posted On 08/05/2025 **Job Overview** We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Client Success & Account Manager to join our Team. This hybrid role bridges technical service delivery and client relationship management. You'll coordinate with both our service and sales teams to ensure clients receive proactive support, timely resolution to issues, and strategic technology guidance through scheduled business reviews and account check-ins. This role supports our Managed IT Services (MITS) clients. These clients utilize a suite of services Managed Solutions Group provides including but not limited to Network Management, Cyber Security Measures, Cloud Solutions, and Technical Support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating with internal teams, and growing client trust over time.
