A day in the life.

As our Client Specialist on the National Accounts team, you’ll be responsible for servicing and retaining an existing book of business of large revenue accounts. This would include review and processing of policies, issuing certificates of insurance after reviewing contracts, creating proposals, preparing policies for delivery and other day to day tasks as directed by the department manager.

High school diploma or equivalent is requiredMinimum of 2 years knowledge of commercial insurance industry, laws, products, coverages and markets is essentialExcellent communication skills to effectively service customersBe a self-starter; problem solver with good time management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlinesBe very detail oriented and ability to handle a wide variety of tasksProperty & Casualty License or ability to attain required

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

College degree is preferred

The applicable base salary range for this role is $47,800 to $89,100.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
