**Summary:** The Client Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group team partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta's most important commercial relationships in Türkiye.The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education, and satisfaction in innovative ways, and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. You should have a passion for Meta and the overall marketing ecosystem.Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, experience in working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions, working with internal cross-functional partners, and the drive to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.This role will be located at our office in London **Required Skills:** Client Solutions Manager - Apps, Turkey Responsibilities: 1. Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners 2. Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership 3. Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives 4. Build and manage relationships with key clients, ecosystem partners (media, ad-tech, creative, marketing etc.) 5. Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals 6. Conduct data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights 7. Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and co-manage complex work streams 8. Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities) 9. Act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action 10. Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development 11. Open to travel frequently **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 12. Fluency in English and Turkish 13. Mobile App, Gaming or eCommerce hands-on startup, scaleup or enterprise experience 14. Experience as a Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger user and knowledge of Meta’s ad products 15. Understanding of attribution modelling /measurement 16. Experience working with tools, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights 17. Practicla knowlegde how to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, using tools 18. Experience in managing complex projects and work streams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail 19. Experience working with cross-functional teams 20. Consistently demonstrate level of integrity and ownership 21. Communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team 22. Consultative selling skills 23. Adapting to changing priorities and requirements, and to pivot quickly when necessary **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 24. Understanding of ad tech ecosystem 25. International work experience 26. Experience with AI prompt engineering 27. Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS 28. Basic understanding of coding and HTML 29. Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships) 30.
